		<description>"Walk the line." That's perfect! And thanks for touting the importance of sleep. A lot of folks talk about how their productivity went up when they cut back to four or six hours of sleep. That may true, but I don't  think it's worth the cost for me. 

My favorite reward is usually bad-for-me food. I'm probably shooting myself in the foot with that strategy!</description>
